Wowza... It has been a year since I started this experiment and 10 months since my last post and the abandoning of the experiment. What happened? I got lazy, busy, a million other excuses. I don't really expect anyone to follow this again, but I'm going to give it all another shot. I guess some good has come out of all of this, I now know what a year (or 10 months) looks like not following the 10 primal rules: I have gained weight (probably another 10-15 lbs from my already heaviest), I have been sick a few times, I've felt angry, anxious, and depressed a lot. So let's just jump right into this. (If you need a refresher of the experiment check out The Experiment.
The goals for this week: 1.) Return to primal way of eating 2.) Lift 2x 3.) Sprint 1x 4.) "Slow moving" 3x
The Plan: January 5-10 Monday: 8:00 Snowshowing (or hike if not enough snow)
Tuesday: 8:00 Lift (I am doing the "5 essential movements" check out this pdf of Primal Blueprint Fitness to read all about it, the lifting part starts on page 30 but the whole ebook is great!
Wednesday: 8:00-XC Skiing (or running if not enough snow) Thursday: 7:45- Lift Friday: 7:45-Sprint (Rowing) Saturday: Play
