So I got my workout summary for the past year emailed to me yesterday. I used it mostly for kayaking and a hike or two, but this is pathetic! (Also I only started using MapMyFitness in May) So from May 29th-December 31st I spent a measly 10.4 hours working out. Lame...
Anyway, I "lifted" yesterday as the windchill was -20. I don't mind the cold, but that's COLD! I was going to go cross county skiing this afternoon but after getting dressed and my boots on, I discovered a broken binding. I'm getting it replaced tomorrow so I decided to make gluten free (not paleo because of the gluten free oats...) apple crisp.
