Was week one perfect? No. Did I meet all my goals? Nope. Was it still a great week? YES!
Coming off of gluten and the Standard American Diet is hard but I feel like I'm on the backside of the struggle faced in the first week. So I feel good about my food intake for the week- Goal one CHECK!
Exercise was made difficult by 1.) the cold and 2.) exhaustion from coming off grains. I did do my heavy lifting twice this week and went for a 5k cross county ski yesterday. I intended to get out more but the -20 degree wind chills kept me inside (excuses, excuses...) I still feel good about what I DID DO because compared to the week before it's a win!
