Week 2, while not a total failure, wasn't awesome... Okay, maybe it really wasn't as bad as I think.
I felt great Monday-Thursday, insanely awesome, taller even. So Friday I got on the scale to verify what I knew (even though I was only going to weigh in monthly) but the scale had hardly moved. But I had felt so good so why did that matter, plus this journey is about SO MUCH MORE than a number. Why did I need to see a change when I felt such a change. Dumb...
For Valentine's day I had made reservations at White Castle a month ago, no really! For Valentine's day they take reservations and have candles, flowers and table clothes, they even wait on you. It was really fun and and since I we knew we would be eating REALLY bad, Monique made red velvet waffles for breakfast. Then Saturday I had half a bagel and pizza. But really the only thing worth eating was the pizza, the rest was mediocre tasting and made me feel less than great.
While I'm listing my failures, I didn't do any of my "slow moving" or play. The Olympics call to me and I can't pull myself away. I've been going to be on time but I'm not sleeping as well as I was when turned off the tv early and read before bed. But really, it was a good week, just a crummy weekend.
Is it possible to be a "normal human" to follow the 10 laws, maybe, is it possible to do so and blog about it... Wow, we've been bad this past week, I'll blame the Olympics again...
So what will week 3 look like?
