This is so crazy! I just finished "The Paleo Solution" and am planning on starting the 30 day challenge tomorrow! I have been eating mostly sugar/grain free since the first Monday of Jan., and I'm loving the weight coming off so far. Excited to see what February brings. I wish you both so much success! (And Steph, sorry about the chicken nuggets/fries/mt.dew everyday thing from sophomore year. I'm pretty sure that was mostly my fault!)
